Testimonials | Crystal Pines Rehabilitation & Health Care Center

What truly makes us unique is our people: our residents, their families and our staff. Below are written accounts from some of our own who help to make Crystal Pines a wonderful place to live.

“The overall quality of stay here is wonderful and the admissions process was easy.”
Maxine N., Family of resident

“Having my grandmother at Crystal Pines is a decision well made. We have been to other Rehabilitation and Healthcare centers in the past and Crystal Pines exceeds all my expectations. The staff is caring, compassionate and very hard working tending to my Grandmother’s needs. The building is clean and well-maintained upgrades are being made to modernize the building with minimal disruption to its residents. I must say the food is delicious, homemade, fresh and warm. Most important always served on time.”
Sandra M., Family of resident

“My experience with Aegis therapy has been wonderful. My daughter is a C.N.A. at another facility and highly recommended Crystal Pines. I cannot believe how much they have helped me regain my abilities to be independent again. I am so grateful for all the staff and how much they have helped me.”
Kathleen P., Resident

“I was so pleased with the caring and compassionate staff and nurses I have to say all of my needs had been met. I have been home since my stay at Crystal Pines and I have referred many Friends and Family to your Facility.”
Doris A., Former resident

“Crystal Pines was chosen for a number of reasons. First, it had a great Reputation. Second, it was very clean. It was also very conveniently located to our home. It just seemed like the perfect place to put Mom. I visit her two to three times a week. My daughter also visits the same amount. I appreciate that the concern they have for her is great. All of the staff is very friendly. Everything we've gone through with them has been a positive experience. I feel that all of the nurses treat her with great care. The most important to me is that she is treated with dignity and respect. She has Alzheimer's and I like the respect she is given.”
Raymond W., Family of resident

“Out of the seven days in a week, I visit five or six times. I appreciated that the staff is so nice. It's so clean. They are so helpful. I appreciate all that they are doing for my wife. I would like to recognize Kenny in admissions, the great nurses in the facility. They have really, really nice aides. I also appreciate Greg, the physical therapist, and Amy, in speech therapy, also, the occupational therapist.”
Don A., Family of resident

“To me what's important is safety. That is why I put my husband in Crystal Pines. He would fall down a lot. I know they take care of him and pay attention. They do what they are supposed to do. They give him meals and snacks. When I go he has something in a container with pudding, yogurt or cookies. They give him his medication. I appreciate the nurses that I have talked to.”
Monica T., Family of resident

“I really enjoy living here at Crystal Pines. I like to keep busy and there is also a lot going on. It seems everyone likes the socials and card games. The food here is very good. I enjoyed going to the musical at the high school the other day with the group. Thanks to all the staff for making us happy here.”
Rose Q., Resident

“I’ve been here 10 years in May and it’s my home and I love it! I like the food, people, activities offered, and the great support from the community with volunteers coming in and providing entertainment. Therapy is great. The CNAs and Nurses are wonderful.”
