Crystal Pines Health Care Center dining department has a caring dynamic staff that strives daily to meet the diet and nutritional needs of the residents.

The dining tables are dressed with lace topping, skillfully folded napkins, centerpieces, sparkling silverware and nice teacups to complement the wonderful plate arrangements by the Chef. There are three dining rooms each one unique in its own way. Each dining room is catered to the needs and ability of the residents. Each meal is individually plated to meet the resident's choice of side dishes, vegetables, and main course selections. Three daily meals are prepared, breakfast, lunch and dinner with great passion to cultivate the pallets of the residents as the appearance and aroma wets their taste buds. The beverage cart made up hot beverages, milk, water and juice is delivered to the various dining rooms just before the food is served.

At breakfast, residents are offered a variety of juices such as orange, apple, cranberry, tomato and prune. A variety of eggs are available daily, scrambled, fried, poached, and boiled which are always complimented by our of our many hot and cold cereals along with a selection of toast. Many days we also offer such popular breakfast foods like biscuits and gravy, pancakes, french toast, waffles, donuts and danishes. As lunch and dinner approach, our residents choose from two meat entrees, two side dishes , two vegetables, and dessert. Many of our residents enjoy snacks between meals on a daily basis such as sandwiches, cookies, crackers, puddings and applesauce to name a few.
